2. Hosting and technical providers
Cap-Ostréa does not rely on one single host. Vercel hosts and distributes the public website and web interfaces, Railway hosts the application API, and Supabase provides database, authentication and file storage services. Stripe provides payment services, Mapbox provides map display, Geoapify provides address search and routing, Resend and Brevo route transactional email and SMS, and Expo routes push notifications.
Processing locations and safeguards depend on the configured service. See the Privacy Policy for recipients and international-transfer information.
3. Marketplace role
Cap-Ostréa connects consumers with partner producers and supports offer browsing, ordering, order-related messaging and, when available, online payment. The producer identified before checkout remains the seller and is responsible for the products, their preparation, compliance and handover or delivery.
4. Intellectual property
Cap-Ostréa's brands, software, text, graphics, logos and interfaces are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Producer images and descriptions remain under their authors' responsibility and are licensed to PELICANS LABS only as needed to operate and promote the service.
5. Personal data and payment
PELICANS LABS processes data required for accounts, orders, payments, order chat, support, preferences, notifications and service security. Stripe directly handles complete card details; PELICANS LABS receives limited transaction references and statuses. Please read the Privacy Policy for full details and rights.
6. Analytics and permissions
Guardian analytics and Mapbox telemetry are disabled in the distributed mobile app. The app does not request Apple's advertising-tracking permission. Device location and notification permissions are controlled through iOS or Android settings.
